This policy applies to everyone who uses our service - visitors, applicants, and members. • Processing your application to join our network
  • Providing coaching, training, and support services

  • Complying with COPPA and other federal privacy laws
  • Maintaining records as required by law

We process your personal information when it is necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided that such interests do not override your privacy rights and interests. Our legitimate interests include:

If you believe we have violated Wyoming's Consumer Protection Act in our handling of your personal information, you may contact us using the information provided in Section 18, or you may file a complaint with the Wyoming Attorney General's Office or seek legal remedies available under Wyoming law.

In Plain English:

We only use your information when we have a legal reason. Here are the five legal bases:

3. Legal Obligations: When the law requires it - tax/accounting records, responding to subpoenas/court orders, complying with Wyoming's Consumer Protection Act, following COPPA, or keeping records as required by law.

4. Legitimate Interests: When we have a good business reason that doesn't hurt your privacy - improving our service, analyzing usage, preventing fraud, enforcing our Terms, protecting rights, running our business, or marketing (with opt-out options). We balance our interests against your privacy rights.

5. Wyoming Consumer Protection Act: We follow Wyoming's law (Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 40-12-101 et seq.) that prohibits deceptive practices. We won't lie about how we collect or use your information. If you think we violated this law, contact us or file a complaint with the Wyoming Attorney General.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

The retention period for different types of information varies based on:

  • The nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected
  • Legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., tax records, accounting records)
  • Our legitimate business interests (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution)
  • Your relationship with us (e.g., active account vs. closed account)

When we no longer need your personal information, we will securely delete or anonymize it, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Even after you delete your account or request deletion of your information, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Maintaining records for tax, accounting, or legal compliance
  • Resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements
  • Preventing fraud and abuse
  • Protecting our legal rights and interests

If you have questions about our data retention practices, please contact us using the information provided in Section 18.

In Plain English:

We keep your information as long as we need it, which depends on:

  • What type of information it is and why we collected it
  • Legal requirements (tax records, accounting records must be kept longer)
  • Business needs (preventing fraud, resolving disputes)
  • Whether you have an active account or closed it

When we don't need it anymore, we'll securely delete or anonymize it. However, even if you delete your account or ask us to delete your information, we might keep some information if:

  • The law requires us to keep it (tax records, accounting records)
  • We need it to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • We need it to prevent fraud and abuse
  • We need it to protect our legal rights

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Wyoming Data Protection Requirements: While Wyoming does not have a comprehensive data security law, we implement security measures consistent with industry standards and best practices recognized under Wyoming common law. Wyoming courts have recognized that businesses have a duty to take reasonable steps to protect sensitive personal information. We take this duty seriously and implement security measures that a reasonable business would implement to protect personal information.

We regularly review and update our security measures to address evolving threats and vulnerabilities. However, you acknowledge that no security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

In Plain English:

**IMPORTANT:** We will **NEVER** ask for your TikTok password or other sensitive login details. We use encryption, access controls, and other security measures to protect your information. However, no online system is 100% secure. You're responsible for keeping your account password secret. We follow industry standards and Wyoming's reasonable security requirements, but we can't guarantee perfect security.

15. Wyoming Privacy Law and Common Law Privacy Rights

While Wyoming does not have a comprehensive state privacy law like California or Virginia, Wyoming recognizes privacy rights under its common law and constitution. Wyoming courts have recognized a right to privacy, including protection against unreasonable intrusion upon seclusion and public disclosure of private facts.

We respect your privacy rights under Wyoming law and handle your personal information in accordance with reasonable privacy standards. However, you acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be sharing information with third-party platforms (such as TikTok and Discord) that have their own privacy policies and practices.

Wyoming law provides protections against unauthorized disclosure of certain types of personal information, including financial information and other sensitive data. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but you acknowledge that no security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Wyoming recognizes that businesses have legitimate interests in collecting and using personal information for business purposes. We collect and use your information only for the purposes described in this Policy and in accordance with applicable law.

If you are a Wyoming resident and believe that we have violated your privacy rights under Wyoming law, you may contact us using the information provided in Section 20, or you may seek legal remedies available under Wyoming law.

In Plain English:

Wyoming doesn't have a comprehensive privacy law like California, but Wyoming recognizes privacy rights under common law and the constitution. We respect these rights and handle your information reasonably. If you think we've violated your Wyoming privacy rights, contact us or seek legal help.

16. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Notification requirements vary by jurisdiction, but we will generally:

  • Investigate the breach promptly and take steps to contain and remediate it
  • Notify affected users without unreasonable delay, typically within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach (where required by law)
  • Provide information about the nature of the breach, the types of information affected, and steps we are taking to address it
  • Recommend steps you can take to protect yourself, such as changing passwords or monitoring your accounts
  • Report the breach to relevant data protection authorities, as required by law

Wyoming does not have a specific data breach notification law, but we will comply with applicable federal laws, such as state breach notification laws that may apply to residents of other states, and industry best practices.

If you have reason to believe that your personal information has been compromised, please contact us immediately using the information provided in Section 20.

In Plain English:

If there's a data breach that affects your information, we'll investigate it, fix it, and notify you (usually within 72 hours if required by law). We'll tell you what happened, what information was affected, and what you can do to protect yourself. Wyoming doesn't have a specific breach notification law, but we'll follow federal laws and best practices.

17. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers incorporate a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Currently, there is no industry standard for DNT signals, and we do not respond to DNT signals from web browsers.

However, you can control tracking through your browser settings and by using the opt-out mechanisms provided by third-party analytics and advertising services. For more information about DNT, please visit allaboutdnt.com.

In Plain English:

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" setting. We don't currently respond to these signals because there's no industry standard. You can still control tracking through your browser settings and opt-out tools from third-party services.
